Magazeen is a free premium Drupal theme, based on the Magazeen Wordpress theme by Smashing Magazine. Magazeen features a slick, hip, blue, black and hot pink color scheme that is great for blogs and magazine sites and it comes with all the flexibility you’d expect from a Fusion theme. You can give blocks a simple treatment with a bold or tiny title or call attention with the off-set hot pink title. For really important stuff, wrap it up in the blue, rounded corner style that draws attention without being distracting. Menus can get special treatment, with black rounded backgrounds on menu items, great for a footer menu, or vertical drop-out menus that are great for a sidebar. Magazeen is great for a blog site with multiple authors and lots of commenters, with special attention paid to styling author information, comments and user profile pages. Featuring images is a great idea, too, since Magazeen includes a slick Skinr style that gives a subtle drop shadow to imagefield images. If you want to sell a few items on your blog, be confident that Ubercart has received the necessary attention to keep your product pages looking slick.
