Please report the issue through your dashboard, with as much detail as possible, including:

• Your web browser and operating system
• Additional modules you are using
• A description of the behavior you are experiencing
• Ideally: upload a screenshot and/or link to the issue

We’ll get back to you ASAP! Please note that your purchase does not include any customization, installation assistance, or troubleshooting of problems that are occurring outside of a default configuration of Drupal and any modules explicitly supported by your theme.
